  This was a friendly comfortable and nicely appointed boutique style hotel, although near the bus station it was not at all noisy and was near to all amenities. We had a problem with the noise on the air-con so the proprieter found us another hotel room for the night until it was repaired. This was at no cost to us, with a lift there and back. There are no lunch or dinner facilities but you can buy breakfa - A very small hotel, but with 24 hour help. Very clean with the most modern of bathroom design and amenities. Our room on the 3rd floor was quiet, comfortable and overlooked the old city and a small pedestrian square. We were a short walk into the old city and the port. The hotel has free, reserved parking next to the hotel.

  What a gem this turned out to be! Arnaud,the owner, could not have been more helpful, cordial or inviting. The grounds, pool and home were so charming, we stayed an extra day. The dinners were fabulous, an added bonus.   There was a sense of professionalism by Elizabeht and Philipe,the owners, who have lavished a great deal of pride in maintaining a beautiful villa. The hotel is spotless. And the aircon is the quietest and most efficient. Breakfast on the terrace, perfumed by masses of jasmine! Plentiful fresh fruit, 3 kinds of bread, cheese, cold meats, yogurts,... what people say » croissants and an ingenious machine to cook eggs just how to like them! And daily UK, French newspapers! Nearby is a post office, pharmacy, terrific - The staff were very helpful in advising and booking restaurants for us and providing any other information we needed. The breakfast was good value and eaten on a very spacious attractive outdoor terrace. The bus into Antibes ran frequently and stopped right outside the hotel which was very convenient and cost 1Euro. It was a short walk to Guardiole beach. Overall highly recommended unless you want to spend considerably more and stay right on the beach.
