The apartment was beautiful, overlooking the canal and the huge windows let in rays of light and sunshine. The apartment was spotless and well designed. Emilie was wonderful to deal with and Annecy is genuinely delightful! It is a place I would love to re-visit and if ever I am in the region I definitely will.

We stayed in 'Le Cocon' and the apartment was very comfortable, stylish and practical. very clean and the staff were very helpful with good english if you do not speak french very well.
Very well presented apartment with sleeping arrangements that suit children between 5 and 10.
Highly recommend staying in this apartment.
Everything was wonderfull......amazing place in an amazing city. I found in this place all what we needed.
We thought it was fantastic - amazing location and decorated with a keen eye!

Slightly dark, not much of an issue but some brighter bulbs in the bathroom might help a little.
As expected in a city centre, noise from the street can be heard. This is only a minor issue though.
we were in 2, in 4 probably it's a little small.
The stairs to go in the loft are quite dangerous.
Unfortunately we had a problem with a leaky oil radiator, which we had to switch off as it released a nasty smell.
Slightly funky layout, loft not good for adults.
