Château de la Pioline offers superior and family rooms in the main castle, and standard rooms with views of the garden. They are all air-conditioned, individually decorated and equipped with a Nespresso coffee machine. They also include satellite TV, and a private bathroom that comes with Nuxe toiletries. Beautiful hotel. Staff was very attentive.Especially the restaurant and the restaurant's staff. Beautiful building and grounds. The evening meal in the restaurant was fantastic. authentic XVI, XVII and XVIII century building with many features remaining unchanged. It creates a very special atmosphere; flexibility of breakfast time and checkout - no-one called us at checkout time to ask us leave the rooms.The chateau is undoubtedly nice real estate; the grounds are beautiful and the house is very well kept;. know the place from old - charm and certain presence, convenient location. old style flavor. Leaving at the end of the stay.Nothing !!!! The Hotel is so bad.No free WiFi around. Free access to WiFi should be standard at any hotel, free of charge. Charging for WiFi today is like charging for water in the room! Free WiFi should also be a possible selection criteria. Many customers would use it.difficult to find the hotel. Breakfast disappointing for the price. Location is deceptive and very hard to locate.The breakfast was not quite a four star's one.And they didn't have a minibar's price list,. Breakfast was very poor - we dined 30 mins before finish and there was very little left. Some areas need modernising such as the toilets in the main building. there is no public transport connection to the city on Friday; the lobby staff had very limited knowledge of the surroundings (e.g. bus schedule, airport transportation, shops opening hours etc), the restaurant was closed and we weren't notified.I found the staff very cool in their reception and I did not feel welcome. Moreover, the air conditioning in the room did not work.lived too long on reputation, tried, run down, resturant not good valve, please invest in this wonderful bluiding. bathroom and toilet too old, walls and windows not clean. This place needs major changes. The management appears not to care. Toomany things did not work or were broken.
