It was perfect for our needs with a young family. We got a family room, which was excellent and suited our needs. After a long journey, it was great to avail of the excellent restaurant in the hotel.

I think we ended up in the room for those with a disability so no carpet and a wet room rather than conventional bathroom but it was fine for an overnight stop on the way home. - Our room was enormous.   The staff at the desk were so friendly and helpful giving us plenty of information and assistance. We parked on the street and could see our car from the hotel window. Walking to the champagne houses and taking tours was wonderful. We will return again and stay in the same place. My favorite memory is eating lunch with champagne (of course) an... what people say » d while looking at the Reims Catheral - The locality was great as we could park the car and walk all around Reims from this location. I was impressed at the outset with the friendly staff. They went out of their way to help us and were very happy to do it. Can't say enough about them really. This made the stay. I believe the breakfast was great, but we did not do breakfast with our full days so can't really comment.
