Genuinely friendly staff make up for any minor shortcomings every time. This hotel is really great to access Rungis market. It was a gym , sauna and hammam, most of which was in working condition. -

was a bit worried about it. But the staffs were cordial and could
communicate in English. They most advantageous part of the hotel is 24
hours presence of staff at the reception. They are very helpful.

Everything was wonderful, great location fantastic staff form those on reception to the staff in dining room at breakfast - all were superb! Especially Stephanie Lenoir who was extremely good and provided great customer service. Thank you - The view from the hotel was fantastic. The kitchen was also very useful since there is a supermarket closeby.

The staff were all extremely friendly and were willing to go the extra mile to offer help whenever needed. The location was superb. Few yards from the Champs Elysees and the Arc D' Triomphe.
