The staff is super-friendly and helpful, letting early-arriving guests park their bags well before the official check-in time (wish i'd known that!). Breakfast is good, and the service staff is attentive and generous, refilling coffee, etc. It's located at the southern edge of the city, in Montparnasse, a bit far away from the best-known parts of the city, but the metro is steps away from the hotel, and there's a Carrefours (supermarket) just 5-minutes away by fo

For how much it cost, the service and the room, I feel like we got a real steal. Air conditioning - - Hotel arranged for pick up from train station, which worked out quite nicely - Picked the hotel on purpose away from station, as arriving and departing stations were different. - Location is still very good, right on Metro stop, and next to terminus for 2 buses, which go to Eiffel Tower, Notre-Dame and Gare du Nord. Made it easy for us to get on the bus with our luggage to go to Gare du Nord. Also found Subway and an Indian restaurant practically next door, which took care of our food needs.
