Nice modernstylish new hotel. Good location, only 100 meters from the ferry. Not in the old town but easy to go there by foot (5-10 min). So, I have not a time for using SPA in the hotel but it looks perfect:) Interior design of hotel and service quality on the HIGH level!. top architecture, range of services, location. excellent service, friendly personnel.

Next time definitely will stay here.That was my first time at Tallinn and at Estonia generally. I think that Tallink Spa and Conference Hotel is one of the best choices that a tourist must have here. Everyting was very nice. Stuff, breakfast, rooms, design and speccially the sauna-spa-hamam facilities with many different types of them and temperatures. Amazing !!!. There is realy good service and very helpfull staff. Hotel is furnished in modern style. Rooms clean and confortable.The room was great. Looked modern and well-kept. Should fix broken lights in saunas and other small details. Opening hours of spa.This hotel has a too small parking!!!!!. No really much of a business centre which i thought it would be, more like a haven for drunken Finnish people. Unfortunatly there is no place in the room for drying swimmingsuits, its not very good for the spa-hotel. The water in the swimmingpools was rather cold. The room was very small.Reception staff had not their best days. From room there were door to another room which was crowded. There were not any peace during evening time. It's not 4 star service hotel! Extra-bed for child here means small rended mattress to put on the floor! Hotel guests can use swimming center for free till 10 a.m., but there is working only swimming pool in this time (no jacuzzi, no saunas, no cascades), they do not switch it before,only for money! Staff is not helpful(asked us to pay for parking what we didn't use), and closet is dusty!.
