I think that this facility allows a person to feel at home abroad. If you'd like to stay in an excellent location, in a place where you can prepare your own meals and morning coffee, wash and iron laundry before you move on to a new location - this is the place for you. You just instantly feel at home and as self-sufficient as usual - which is my preference and also saves money. I've stayed here several years and have seen a shift in staff. all reviews » Briliant location, all city-sights and places of interest are very close. Owners were friendly. Lady speaks even Lithuanian. We needed luggage storage and it was accepted for storage. We had a studio with green kitchen. The studio was warm, clean and bright. Room was big and rather enough for three people. Beds were wide and comfortable. Well equipped kitchen. Bathroom with shower cabin, washing mashine, towels and hairdryer. This residence is suited in the very heart of Old Tallinn, just besides the Town Hall Square. Apartment is nice, warm, comfortable and fully equipped with home facilities. Price was really amazing for such a great apartment. BTW, owner is very handsome hahahahaha. I especially loved my bathroom. It was very convenient; including a shower, a bath and a washingmachine! When I could't get warm water, somebody came and fixed the problem immediately. The staff was very helpful and profesional!. 20 minutes from main square and 10 minutes walking from all Night Attractions. We rented 2 apartments for 4 people, both quite modern, with double bed and sofa-bed. Kitchen and bathroom were ok. Wonderful fully equiped room (even with the wineglasses for hot wine). Also there was the exit to the roof with the view on the Town Hall Square. Perfect location, within walking distance of virtually all the sights of old Tallinn, nice and helpful staff, clean and nice studio ... Very comfortable units. Excellent vicinity, close to main square and activities. Very well fitted out with everything you would need. The owners are very friendly and they were very helpful in accommodating needs. This was an absolutely delightful stay!. First the location: so central but away from traffic noise. Facilities for catering, big telly, separate bedroom. The very center of the Old City, a terrace, a roof with a view. Very good location, quite a cosy apartment, value for money. Fantastic location in relation to Old Town. Best location in old town Town Square. Great location. very good. The apartment is just steps besides the old town square, which is very very convenient. It is also very clean. Friendly and helpfull staff. Everything was ok. There is no heating system in bathroom (but hot water is perfectly hot). You should mention that it's old building, it has no lift. Several cramped for 4 adults. Major roadworks outside as the city drainage is improved, noise of machinery and difficulty to get to entrance, but this would be temporary. There was no information leaflet in the rooms as to how to regulate heating or where to leave the keys etc. Heating cannot be regulated/adjusted; it was very hot and we had to keep the window open for the whole night. Imagine, what the old Tallinn is at night - Tallinn where all the people come to have fun and relax.... There was street works going on outside our apartment starting at 8am everyday, to be fair the owner did offer to move us but we decided the location was too nice to move. An old four story building with no elevator, studio apt is on the top floor. You need to pay extra 30 euro for late check in. The facilities like water tap at bathroom and the switch of the washing machine did not work. The staff is not in the counter after 5:00pm and there is no other method to find the staff at night. Pity disappointed with the staff and the services. Value for money may be better at other properties.
