The facilities at the waterpark were excellent, with a large amount included in the room price. The staff were friendly. The room was clean and smart. Excellent location. Huge variety of food available for breakfast- which is available for 4hrs. I would recommend this to a friend and would stay here again. The helpful staff, the standard of accomadation and leisure facilities, the buffet breakfast (with chicken nuggets!), the location to Tallinn's old town and transport facilities.
all reviews » The hotel located right in the center of the city on the walking distance from all main attractions. The best thing that package include visits of swiming pool and sauna. A bit of noise because of 1 floor location of our room. The bath room stank in the first room they gave me (problem with pipes). They changed me to a new room with no objection.Hotel was overbooked on arrival and we were sent on to a nearby hotel for the first night. There was no parking place. We would recommend to the hotel management some sort of agreement with a nearby parking lot.Very small room, but it worked. Reseption staff was not very welcoming, the latest arriving guest wasen't allowed in his room, eveen though we told recpetion he would arrive two hours later. When the reception called for a taxi for me, they called one of the more expencive taxi companies. parking is not included to the price. Unless there is no advance notice given the treatment center accept cashonly, it is not possible to pay by credit card or transfer amount toyour room number ("Because we are a different company"). The rooms are small, breakfast was frankly disappointing yet it would not take much to make it good: e.g. scrumbled eggs were over-cooked that does not take a lot to put right... Small room, very small. Open the door and there was a jacuzze right in front of you with people looking in. No hotel parking, you have to pay ten euro for overnight on the street.They only have 5 parking spaces on the sidewalk of the hotel and they claim itäs theirs, but i still got a parking ticket. The value for money in the A 'La Carte is a joke and the staff very unfriendly. I will not visit this hotel again. It was a shame that the room does not have air conditioning as advertised, the water park was shut for maintenance and we had to ask for the twin beds to be split. - we were not offered a lower price for these issues : ( - I chosse this hotel for the waterpark and it was closed - you did not advise me of this !!! poor service from you.internet was not available. shame. The breakfast is very poor. The staff are extremly robotic with very poor social skills. The lack of computer facilities such as a business corner renders the hotel unfit for business travellers.
