The person at the reception was extremely helpful and polite. He ordered me a taxi for the next day early morning (I had to catch a plane at the eairport) which was very reliable and economic. In general, I felt immediately comfortable and well-received. all reviews » The apartments are in the old part Tallinn so that sights of the town can be easily reached - it saves your precious time when you have a plan to walk around the old town early in the morning or in the night. We were traveling with two kids, and it turned out very good that the windows in the apartments overlook the quite courtyard. In fact, these are the brilliant apartments that are very comfortable and clean. Location is close to historic city, and really cheap, compared to other accommodations in Tallinn. The provided facilities are complete and well thought out. Room 3, which we rented, was offered for four people. The sofa bed was not very comfortable, but the renter was so kind to immediately provide us with an additional mattress. the location was excellent, with all of the old city right on the doorstep. the room was comfortable, clean and well equipped. Renate was excellent. Not fault of the hotel, but workmen caused the water to fail. Renate relocated me, until it was fixed, despite it getting late in the evening. thank you again!. The occupants of the room above mine were very noisy. They played extremely loud music even at 2.30 am at night. That was a bit disturbing. Perhaps, you might be upset to know that you should go up the stairs 4 floors before opening the door... Take this into account if you think of renting the apartments for senior people or going to travel in company with very small kids. This is not a disadvantage of the apartments, but just a feature you should know. It’s currently a little difficult to reach, because the road in front of the apartments is currently blocked by a construction site. Broken washing machine!. Wi-fi did not always work. No microwave oven, toaster or coffee machine. Water pressure and temperature sometimes varied when taking a shower. No elevator. There was problem with water. Sometimes the presure is gone and the water is barely running. Once I needed the staff and the receptionist wasn't there, but she came fast after I called them. Sofa - old. No elevator. The room lacks ventilation (only one side has windows). There is no microwave. No door for the bedroom. 6 flights of stairs and no lift....check which floor you are on first!!. furniture, lack of ventilation, view to the yard, lack of elevator,. No tea or coffee included. Modest facilities, small tv, fridge not on. No elevator. Difficult to reach by car. Parking place is a bit far, which is bad if you have more luggage. Sofa for sleeping was especialy uncomfortable. No blinds on the windows. Sofa bed Noise from the street and stairway.
