The service was beyond expectations. The room with Jacuzzi is a real treat. And what fully rounded the stay was the breakfast room service. good situation,good breakfast,nice and clean. I liked the experienced staff members. Location, very friendly staff,. location. The staff were very helpful. The breakfast was delicious and marvellous choice. The hotel was full of character and rooms refurbished to a good standard. the entrance hall and the lift were fun and in keeping with the atmosphere in Tallinn.

Breakfast: the selection could be bigger, seems like the hotel ran out of some items during breakfast. It was a little noisy from the street. Old furniture in a room.Cost for using the sauna, also some upgrading required in the room. Two pubs opposite the street do really provide for a tough time at night as well as some people running up and down the stairs and shouting.. Still wondering who was that..noisy street!. Sauna facilities for groups only.- no airconditioning, if it was, it did not work. - wlan failed to work, the bathroom could need a little upgrade as well as the main lift. To park the car was to expensive. The toilet seat was broken, Sauna awkward to use as a special knack was required, internet connection poor, miss lug to shower head rail, TV and satellite selection poor, streets noise early hours with drunks waking you up.Very dirty bath tub, we had to be moved to another room and there was no compansation for this, like one day free parking... the breakfast served in the room was not warm. There was an awful fishy smell in the bathroom and the mattresses were way too soft. I had to do yoga for days afterwards to heal my back. I do have a bad back so that could be part of it. Additionally, it took forever at lunch and dinner to receive food. The room did not have a window which was rather unpleasent. In addition the ligthing was very office like. The room was not very cosy, business like but very good standart, so I think it was more of my choise which was wrong not the hotel! It was a bit noisy during the night as a lot of pubs etc around the hotel.Staff not speak russian. room rather small - rather dark - bad lighting. size of the room, very lazy service in breakfast, too complicated to get coffee, no air condition (too hot and too noisy to keep windows opened in the night), sigar room was not available due to renovation (no mention about it), not a 4 star hotel, ho help with luggage etc. Don't accept euros on check out. During my over 20 years of travelling I have NEVER been in a suite without any windows!!! They call it a suite my choice was a storage room or such. Also hotel practicalities were poor this time. The hotel and rooms need renovating. The restaurant is out dated and suffers massive competetion.Small rooms. Not v clean. Itchy after sleeping on beds.
