The aqua park was a blast for all the family! we had a great time there !also the open buffet & bar and the lovely and helpful staff !espical thanx to all the guys in the reception we appreciated your kind hospitality. The hotel was very clean with friendly staff. The aqua park pool was great and we all loved it. The food was varied, but little bland for me personally. Would recommend this hotel to anyone.
all reviews » The rooms are clean and also the landscaping of the hotel. The aqua park are very good. it has a very good swimming pools and a small river that I like. - I really liked the decoration and the rooms cleanliness. - The aqua park is AMAZING! - Most of the stuff are friendly. - The night show was exciting. Aqua park was amazing Staff in main restaurant were very friendly Family room was big enough Food was good. Staff are friendly (especially the Indian restaurant team), Aqua park is very nice. Good value for money. I like the aqua park more than any thing else, my children was very happy there. The show also was good. The staff at the hotel were freindly. Kids loved the aqua slides. Rooms are super clean i loved it. The pools , aqua slides , the facilities , cleanliness , rooms , the drinks , the staff . Swimming pool for kids. the mosquitos around the open area .. The pool was a little cold when we went in November. The food are very very bad, nasty, and not clean. The kitchen staff are nosy, and really really rude. The front desk are very slow in responding with their crew. I had to wait for almost one and half hour to get my luggage after checkout. - The view of my standard room was a city view, not a sea or even a pool view. - There is not a beach inside the hotel and you have to take a bus to go to the beach, however it is a free transpiration. The swimming pool was not warm it was very cold. The family room have only one path room The internet only in reception area and very limited They need to improve digital services. Reception staff need to be more friendly and helpfull Pools water was extremly cold during the period we stayed (water temperature should be adjustable). Animation team were rude with Egyptians & my kids hardly felt any cooperation from them. Limited places on swimming pools (mostly pre-reserved ??!) Aqua park turns per person need more organization. The time of activation the aqua park & swimming pool is very bad, because it finished at 5.00 o clock when the sun become less Incendiary. The show was good but it was not renewable. The food was not that good . The hot water wasn't there when i need it . The food. A lot of Theft cases and poor management team to handle this problem, In addition to make you pay penalty if you lost your towel. so you have two option: Spend the day beside your towel or enjoy the aqua park and you will pay 160 EGP for each towel you have cause the management don't know how to handle this problem. so I don't recommend anyone to go their cause you won't have fun while you must keep one of your family with the towels and your personal stuff. nothing. No internet at rooms or at the bars also no special Eid activities fir Muslimes. i do not like foods as it was full board and it seems that hotel management decided to shortcut the costs. Not much to do at night for adults , but was not a big issue ... beach wasn't good, specially for children. the cleanliness of the rooms not up to standerd. cold water and no much food variety. the room service poor and the towel issues are really a big problem. food was fair not for a five star hotel,location from the sea also the beach is not for swimming. the pool and the aqua park water was cold we did not enjoy it. Loud music every where reching levels of noise even in the main resturant. inimation team. 1- الأكل سيئ جدا The Food is very Bad 2- موقع الفندق بعيد جدا عن المرافق والخدمات والاماكن الحيوية Location of the hotel is too far from the facilities and services and vital places. ارجو الانتباه ان هناك اشياء لم يعلنو عنها مثل ان مناشف المسبح عهدة على الزائر ويدفع قيمتها١٥٠ ج اذا ضاعت والمسابح مش مفتوحة طول الوقت وبعضها لايعملوالاكلات الخفيفة عند المسبح غير متوفرة طول الوقت وادارة الفندق فقط تطلب منك ان تدفع ولاتساعدك في حل المشكلة، او تعطيك حل اصلا. the food and the manager of the BBQ dinner that insisted that we make a reservation one day prior to coming for the chef to prepare enough food for the guests and though there was no enough ready food, no variety and it was all like part of the food presented in the main restaurant. bad food quality of quest at the hotel bad service -no shampoo,hair and body,no conditioner,just shower at the sweet ,. Food is very very bad Service needs for improvment.
