To be honest it was the perfect holiday for us. The hotel was amazing. Was nice that they upgraded us to beach side which was a very nice suprise. Unlike other hotels i've heard about this hotel kept their pool clean at all times and greenery was well looked after. The staff were all very polite and helpful and made us feel very welcome. The manager was always making sure we were ok with our stay and we had a lunchbox provided for us when we were going away for the day. I really can't faul.
all reviews » The location of the hotel is ideal. Not very far from the main city center, just a 5 mins walk. Perfectly located for beach access with spectacular coral reefs and beautiful fish. You get out of the hotel and you find yourself playing with fish of all kinds. Loved it. Hotel Staff is very helping specially the receptionists. Big clean comfortable rooms. Excellent breakfast variety. The reception was very helpful, a receptionist named Ahmed Gamal as far as i remember he was very friendly and he used to get things done quickly,The Breakfast was amazing and the beach was so beautiful i recommend this hotel for anyone coming to sharm el sheikh..worth the money. the hotel is right on the beach , great location accessible to many places near by , most of sharm is 15 egp far away. nice pool , great breakfast . just make sure to get the beach side not palm , because its on the next side of the street. Reception very good and was upgraded on arrival and despite having lot of luggage with a bike box and diving equipment hotel porter more than happy to get it upstairs to my room!!!. Absolutely everything! The best Kids club I have ever seen. Bazouka in kids club is very friendly and made kids smile all the time. Breakfast is great with wide selection. Novotel Sharm El Shaikh is my only place if I want to stay there! Whether if you are looking to location, reef beach the best, friendly staff, reasonable price.... Staff are great ahmed on reception took great care of my family and me, great value for money . Breakfast is good fresh breads and bakery,. Staff very helpful, even during Eid high season with the hotel fully booked. We received excellent customer service during our stay. Lovely location, incredible staff and very relaxing. We booked the Palm resort at first and our experience was awful, so we requested an upgrade to the Beach and we got a very nice room at an extra charge $20 / night, the room was comfortable and close to the beach and pool. Just that you have to leave this place once your vacations end :p. no free wifi, the phone was broken and not fixed for two days. N/A. Some of the rooms the floor ceramic need minor maintenance. Restricted wifi access. Bars inside closing a bit early. Asked for room cleaning more than 3 times and we stayed 4 nights and the room was cleaned only once. The food. No , i like a very think . There is no animation .. Extra charges for everything, even to get the room i booked. The Palm resort is very far from the beach, especially if you got a room uphill, quite a hike, even the ones on the ground some are quite a walk to get to the room There is no internet in the rooms, you have to pay a very expensive fee for it ($10 / hour) The internet by the pool is very slow The house keeping is not very thorough just basic cleaning and changing towels, but not what you expect at a 5 star hotel. There was no sugar, tea, and coffee maker at the room, you need to walk upward through the golf car road to your room which make you tired, there was no stairs or elevator, the italian restaurant food was horrible, we ordered pasta and it was half cooked, with bad smell cheese. They don't have a wifi except beside the pool. Bad room service , check in so slow , the reception how answer the phone on behalf of all in hotel. I was the only one how pay 133 dollars per night wille the others pay less than 200 dollars per week and the food where 2 stars hotel and the company where 1 star and the envirenment was horrible my reservation was not respected the room not the same all in all my rating over 10 is 2. The hotel was full of small rats n cockroaches! We found many in our room n we informed the staff n they came n apologized n they sent some1 to spray the room to get rid of the cockroaches but they didnt go!. They`r playing with the prices they have some rooms not shows in the list of letsbookhotel.com so they'll be sure when you reach the hotel you'll pay extra money to get (pool side view on beach wing - suite beach view) this is aint good they Exploit people.
