We stayed at Old palace resort for 3.nights for vacation. Reception staff were very friendly and very helpful specially Mr. Sherif very professional and was following up with all my needs after check-in.
Also, Housekeeping is very good. Room very cleaning and well maintained

The pool was fantastic ... I had two pools to enjoy not only one. The night show was fun. My kids had nice places to play.
