Sunrise Holidays is a nice well located resort, the all inclusive package is more than excellent, the drinks available until l2AM it is not watered down and the waiters are so friendly. the beach is very nice, I did not get a chance to try the Pool though. Nice disco and DJ very nice beach View from most of the rooms All in all it was a very Pleasant stay for 4 nights. This is an adult only hotel so no screaming kids. You can snorkle right at the hotel and see amazing fish so bring your snorkle gear. Boat trips run from the hotel so you don't have to bus to a marina etc and prices are good from the guys who sell them on the beach. The food is great and lots of choices.
all reviews » I like the friendliness of the hotel and the helpfulness of the staff. Even though it was a five star hotel it wasn't overpowering. Plenty of entertainment if you required it but not forced to take part. Nothing was ever too much trouble for them. You have a very polite & professional staff . As example Mr ISLAM in the receiption,he is a very good front representative for Sunrise. Also the hotel manager is a very smart in handling all problems if any. the stuff are friendly. The food quality is very good. the hotel is clean and comfort. very good place to spend a quick vacation. Adult Only Hotel, Good Buffet, Great Location, Perfect Beach, Loved the Animation Team especially Diana she was the best. Checkin was fast, room view was perfect, staff was good and friendly, I would go back again. Too many meascados In the room at the 3rd night but they sent insect spray when I asked for. Took extra hour to Check me in. Anemation team took one day off and finished early the night before, however they Presented a very nice show in my first night. Having to come home again!!. Parking is not suitable for such resort. Food need to have a little variety, it's almost the same food in the two restaurants during launch and dinner. the Hotel needs more entertainment facilitates. Some stuff at the hotel needs renovation since it is kinda old. The shower was broken.needs a good dj at the disco and more entertaining ideas which makes the residents interact with each other. They wanted to charge me for drinking my own booze!. limited night show,, level of luxury. The receptionist at check out was not polite asking me to leave room although I asked his colleague a 30 min delay. no sports. food. Reception. Nothing. food was not too much such as all inc. hotels. Food staff esp at the beach were not friendly. Make up the rooms was too much delayed. Some beds were not comfortable at all, we had 5 rooms. Too much flies in the main restaurant. The receptionist doesn't respect the Egyptian guests. While I was talking with them they left me to talk with other guests. Reception argumentativ. Food is at best average, inclusive beer and drinks bad. didn't like the service. Hotel should be ranked as 3 stars food all time same for all meals reflect a very bad materials for cooking , it was so strange to find a very low quality food such a way against the money we pay. old furniture, bathroom need repair ( water comes from bath tub when use shower), tap basin not drain water easily, safety box closed ( may be from the last guest), mosquitoes in room and every where, bell boys carry laggage on shoulder !. Stuff not good at all they doing a lot of problems with Egyptians and food also not good and facilities is very poor. - Noise - room is so bad for booking user my room number was 751-752 - value of hotel too much cost i can stay in the other hotel by low cost and clean - this is not 5 star hotel. They were not allowing my friends to visit me like you feel that you are entering a military area .

Please note that the rate for the ‘Special Offer - Egyptian and Residents Only’ room is exclusive for Egyptians and residents only. Additional charges are applicable if a valid Egyptian ID, Egyptian passport or Egyptian residency is not presented upon check-in. Please note that there is an optional Christmas Gala Dinner on 24 December 2017 for an additional fee of USD 75 per person. The fee is not included in the room rate. Please note that there will be a mandatory New Year's Gala Dinner on 31 December 2017 which will be included in the room rate. Children between 6 and under 12 are charged 50%. The fees must be paid upon check in.
