The hotel had a great pool area, very spacious with sun beds. Breakfast was very good with plenty of variety. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Price Location Pool area. only the main pool. all reviews » Good restarant and comfort room. the hotel design is excellent, very nice pools, the private beach is very very nice and very clean, the transfer service from and to the beach is every 10 mins and very nice and comfortable.. Reception staff came across a bit rude and seemed unorganised. In our first room the air conditioner did not work and after several phone calls we had no response. Once we were finally moved into another room there were no towels. -Staff service -Cleanness of towels -Food (Only tried breakfast but it was awful. Most bakery are rock solid, sausage and beans tasted weird, very bad juice, ....) -They have a policy to only give one key card per room! -They lock the A/C controls, so only on and off would be available, after a silly argument with the reception they unlocked it. bad food - poor staff - can not be 5 starts just can be 3 stars. my reservation was a week, i stayed there 4 days and after that they transferred us to another 4 stars premium hotel. very very bad trip. In the hall en outside is nice but The room was dirty.Especially the bathroom,badtub and the walls, and mirrors.The sealing was nearly falling off,The toiletseat was old with black marks.I took pictures to show the staff how dirty the room was.This hotel is not worthy to have the name off a fivestars Hotel.On some points it can be a 3 stars.i had the imprescion that i was staying in a hotel for local people. staff ..... We were just married couple, no one even notice this in our paper. Reception was not want to work, look at us as we are enemies. Never again will come there and dont advice. It don't deserve to be 5 stars. Checkout take more than 1 hr. Room is very far from reception. Drain inside the room was always overflowing, and I requested many times to be fixed, then on the 2nd day a plumber came and worked untill 1 a.m. They changed the room for the last night, and when I entered the electric lock was not working. very bad service, check in process took more than one hour, when we got nervous no one responded no one reacted or even apologized.... very poor staff and non proffesional at all... room was not clean and we saw insects inside the room... no shampoo in the bath room, the soap is very bad and disgusting... our request of getting baby bed was not done .. breakfast was not good at all... we didnt try any other meals... i dont reccomend anyone to book at this hotel..

Please note that the resort accepts families and married couples only. Bookings from singles will not be accommodated. Please note that birth certificate for children are required upon check-in. Children policy : First Child from 0 - 11.99 Years will be free of charge sharing parents’ room on same meal plan. - Second Child from 05.99 - 11.99 will pay 50% from the adult rate in the room in the same parent’s room with same meal plan. (The Standard Room can accommodate only 1 child) - Only one extra bed per room will be provided. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.
