1. A big thanks to the staff for friendliness and fair advices and directions. In a city like Hurgada it is easy for newcomer to be lost or to get ripped off your money by local stuff-sellers. 2. Had a very good offer for diving from the hotel. Fair price, intelligent instructors and boat crew. 3. Rooms are spacy. 4. Very nice bar at the roof-top =D. The staff was very helpful, polite and friendly, both at the reception and restaurant. Rooms are spacious enough, quiet and clean. Great dinners for this price! The beach is 5 min walking and very nice and clean, we always found free sunbeds or chairs. The hotel is suitable for those travelers who do not demand luxury and extra options.

The hotel is close to a beautiful beach included swimmingpool, and also to local shoppingarea (sheraton and sakalla). We (daughter and mother) really recommending this hotel from deep in our heart! Location is in the middle of every thing and very close to the beach, clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff and the breakfast really exceeded my expectations for the room price of 15$ !! if you want a place to have a good sleep with a nice breakfast in the morning definitely recommended. Its my second time in Golden Rose, and for sure i will come back. The people in the hotel is nice and very friendly, and so helpfull. The hotel is also clean, and my room was perfect. I have only good thigs to say about the hotel and the people. our trip was fine, we got the package tour for desert scooter ride and camel ride with buffet meal, it was A very good experience for my family. they enjoyed .....of course me tooooo..... good keep it up. Close to town. Facilities inside the hotel and around are poor, no entertainment, it's a place for people who like to explore the city and just have a clean comfy place to rest. We tried 2 rooms before we found one with more or less working AC. This is a big problem in the 3rd floor... Breakfast is open buffet but very limited. Furniture in rooms is very modest. actually you cannot complain about anything here, it's a very very cheep room and I expected less than what I found, the room and the hotel exceeded my expectation by all means. nothing to say in this trip, yes the beds should have more wooden slabs under the mattress (it was like bunkers). The sat tv in room was lacking in British programmes only could get MBC 2 and max. food. Breakfast is boring. e.g. :No toast oven There is no wifi in the room. Foyer is awful, breakfast room dark and dingy and breakfast is poor squash yogurt and boiled eggs. Towels and sheets can be more clean. It's located behind an unfinished building so it's hard to find it at the first time. Hidden 'taxes'. I don't know what is it for. Breakfast is not ok. Poor air conditioning. Some misunderstanding with staff regarding the visitors. none. Wifi was only available in first floor and not in rooms as Hotel says so, ACs werent working properly and were noisy, door locks were too hard to deal with!. very bad hotel rooms baic vew were all you here is piss heads coming in all night gust oh not the british no russ poldss very bad wat breakfast was none please booking .com why you have this hotel. I wish if there was interent in the room. Too much niose from the car horns Dirty toalett when I arrived. A guy who came to clean the toalett used the same brush to clean toalett seat. It made me angry and demanded from reception to have it really clean otherwise I would check out at once. No pool or any activity what so ever. Very poor breakfast. No chair in the room. They said they'll arrange it but never did.
