Looked new from the outside. - Roof terasse unusable - looked like a part of a construction site. - Location not stunning (as the description says) - located in the middle of many construction sites --> dust all over and noise. - Aircon not working first 2 days -were told by the staff that it would be fixed on the first day (nothing happened). - Mosquitos all over. Impossible to keep out (leaky windows and doors).

Important information to guests

A security deposit of 150$ will be charged extra against breakage and damage of room goods along with the entire room reservation cost on the day of check in. The security deposit is refundable upon departure providing there are no breakages or extra cleaning needed. Any intensive cleaning needed over and above a standard clean or items needing to be replaced due to missing or damaged items will be deducted from the security deposit. Intensive cleaning will be charge at 15US$per hour. Payment with credit card are charged in Pound Sterling (GBP). Please note that the apartments are in a town location and on a main street. There is also construction work happening on the neighbouring apartment complex and therefore some noise may be experienced. This does not affect the facilities on the Desert Pearl complex.
