This time of the year it's super perfect to enjoy such a great sea view with no crowds, super relaxing with reasonable price Ps: if you can take the royal suit please do. The rooms are spacy comfortable and clean Helpful nice friendly stuff They upgraded our room to sea view for free Nice sea and pools Shops and restaurants are everywhere. I loved every thing I wish that I can live thier all my life thanks for all of you. I wish I could have more money with me to stay thier even for more one hour.

I enjoyed everything in the hote starting from the mouthwatering varied food to the outstanding hotel service from reception to rooms. this place is full of life specially from sunset to early morning, best weather and beach. very nice resort at west coast of egypt,. -the room service response is excellent , less than 5 minutes when i called them. -there is a variety in the breakfast buffet. The facilities arround the location are perfect and you almost dont need to leave the premises for anything. Great summer resort, but try not to visit in winter, because most facilities and shops are closed. I liked the place and the seaview room was amazing more then amazing. Such a nice view and marina. Nice Beach with a fun experience for kids of getting on a boat that takes you to the beach. I think it's something familiar and we always were living in ceremonialness events . Good atmosphere, hotel food is nice, friendly and honest staff, good hotel services. the location is lovely the view and the lake breakfast was nice fresh and variable. Friendlyness of the staff, some even spoke some English. Clean and nice rooms. House keeping , front disk staff, bill man , All are excellent. Pool View rooms are better than lagoon view or Sea view. The location , sea view rooms. When I had a problem I had to call the general manager. Nothing. -Beach was very small -Some pools was out of service ( Aqua park pool in particular ). I didn't like the beach. The near beach is very small and not fun. The beach on the other side is ok and you go by a boat and back which is fun. The bad thing is that both beaches and the pool as well close at 6 pm where no one is allowed to even sit there to enjoy sunset. 1- they refuse to givemore towels in the beach if it is wet 2- I spent more than 3 hours waiting in my room to repair the save box .and every 10 min. the reception says we are coming , they spoiled my day. -the elevators need improvement. -they were in a very bad condition , taking too long time to close the door , sometimes it stuck & didnt work. -the parking area is too far from the hotel main entrance. The first room I went to was infested by ants, they upgraded my room to a pool side suite but the rooms but it was badly maintained. I cannot say i did not like but service and facilities was not of an excellent quality. However the big discounts on price as we are off season makes up for this. The place there is in the location. No enough staff to serve a fully occupied hotel. It always takes too much time to get your request done. Staff is not well trained. The management should hire more staff and get them more training. Load music on beach-response to the request of changing a bad LCD. In order to go to the beach we have had to take a yacht which wasn't available till 11 am. Tried to cheat us at every turn. Went for the dinner buffet which we were told ahead of time was 100LE but then they tried to charge 125LE. My friend got a cappacino and was told the price was 10LE, then 15LE then 20LE. When we checked out they told us chips and nuts were missing from the minibar but the minibar never had chips or nuts. This makes me not recommend the place or want to go back. Some of room lamps are not working The water heater is inside the bathroom not central system Some Mosquitos when opening the balcony door Breakfast was very poor. maintenance, no free wi-fi, no half board packages. Room service need to be more qualified & fast. We went off season so everything was closed!. Poor maintenance Poor equipments in the room (No iron - no LCD TV). 1.They were many seminars from medical companies..it was so crowded and the service didn't cover this crowdness. 2.The beach service is not good..as there is only one boat to take us to the oppossite beach..and we have to wait for it to take us back to hotel...as there is too much guests and only one boat...the kids suffered from waiting..as they were wet and tired.. 3.The main beach of hotel is so smaLL..and very crowd..although this was not before. The beach is very very very small and you have to pay for the private beach next to it. Food quality 80 %. The indoor pool was not heated & the restaurant staff were not professional. The w. C area on beach in a middle of hotel trace and i didnt feel right to walk through it whill iam we wearing my swimming clothes... food is average beach is very small restaurants are very expensive. Hotel was very crowded so we didnt get extra beds !!!. Boat to the beach always late and crowded. 90 % of the resort shops and entertainment places were closed. Beach is very small , crowded. crowded. Kind of guests and food especially dinner. I did not like that most of the facilities are not working in that time of the year. The Food Especially Dinner. * The room had an ant infestation. They however came and cleaned it within a few minutes! * The room did not have any towels when we checked-in. * Maintenance & care was poor for the room we had, like a broken toilet seat. * Odd things, like a used food tray laying for two days in a room next to us with no one to pick it up! * No heated pool, and the indoor one is for 100 LE a day -- feels like a rip-off. Similarly, the Gym is 50 LE a day (or included with the indoor pool). The hotel beach was too small and people set very next to each other. The last year beach changed to be a private beach with entrance fees. The room rate is too expensive and the food at the resturant also too expensive. private beach is small room needs renovation hotel was being renovated garden view room was overlooking a very small green area and not a garden. The way the hotel is set up is a bit messy. Didnt like the way they handle towel service on the pool, ishould be able to exchange towel and towel cards on any end of the pool or sea side, as oppose to walk all the way back to the same guy i got my towel from/. The value of money about the rooms we stayed on, were not suitable, it's too expensive ! the location and total view of rooms were poor . Delay in room cleaning, delay in check out process, more staff is needed on seasons,. the maintainence of the room is so bad need to be renewed many problems in the room and the bathroom no place to sit at night for free you must sit in a caffe and had something to drink. In the beginning of May many shops and restaurants were still closed. It seems that many of them just open in the summer monthes June, July and August (maybe September as well). Many repairments were still going on. Beach very narrow , up to I paid in other private beach to get chairs , umbrella !!!! , Elevators is abig problem only one elevator for the hotel , most of the time is out of order !!! , we suffered a lot with my mother , my baby to go to resturant from the room which was very far from restaurant , Size and number of swimming pools not matching with the big number of hotel rooms , flats. all the places were closed as they are at the end of season. Housekeeping is soo poor.
