This is actually my first hotel/hostel review ever. The people were very accommodating and have excellent customer service. The front desk reps speak English, so you shouldn’t have any problem communicating. I initially booked only a night at this hotel because it didn't have a lot of reviews; but ended up staying 5 out of 7 nights in DR because of my trip to Punta Cana.
