  Upon me entering the lobby, I was greeted by a family who was complaining about no electricity for a out a day and a half. I thought nothing of it until I entered my room and found that it smelled funny! When I spoke to one of the workers of the problems there, they all openly confessed that the service is horrible and the "resort has been going do... what people say » wnhill" for years! I will never return and most certainly do not recommend. - The service was horrendous! We checked in at 4pm and did not enter our room till 10 pm! When we got to our rooms there was no running water till 1 am. The room steeled weird and the tubs had dirt in them... I took pictures and intend on posting them !!

  Safe, clean, convenient to everything. Joel at the front desk was very welcoming, professional and a wonderful sense of humor. Would recommend to my wife if she was traveling there solo. Will definitely stay there on my return visit.   The property manager went to great lengths to ensure we were familiar with the apartment at the time of check in. The gardens surrounding the property were very peaceful and well kept. The pool included a great Jacuzzi. Well equipped kitchen allowed to rel - like the size of the room and it was very quite no one trouble you about nothing very close walking distance to every thing. Staff tried their best to make you comfortable.
