Excellent access by train to Copenhagen -- good car parking . Quiet room overlooking back car park -- you do not want front rooms. Ideally sited for train access to Copenhagen plus excellent car park facilities . Staff very helpful. great for trip into copenhagen train station very close trains every 10 minutes good car park. situated in a park-like setting, but close to the metro to Copenhagen.

Suprising detail in this Danish hotel that I couldn't hear any noise from neighbour rooms or those were maybe empty during my stay. Bed was ok to sleep and pillows not too soft. Front rooms very noisy due to boy racers -- hotel management trying to solve this problem. Noise of young tearaways racing cars around block on front bedroom -- hotel were excellent and moved as to a back bedroom overlooking car park for next 2 nights. Expensive for weekday use but better rate for weekends. reception closed on afternoons Fri - Sun, contrary to what letsbookhotel.com is telling you - make sure you get the access code early on. No staff on Sundays, take reservation pin with you to open door. The extremely poor TV channels selection. Lack of Spa facilities Lack of breakfast variety. It will be due for a renovation before too long. Noise from railway close by. TV no good for non-Danish speakers. At weekends doors were locked early and the keycard system didn't work for us, so we had to bang on the door until another guest heard us. Lift sometimes didn't work. Very very very dirty carpet on a corridor in groundfloor. A lot of patches. Maybe was a wateroverflow :-). TV in the room had no digital channels worth worth watching. Bit over priced Major issue is the fact that on Sundays after 4 pm no staff and booking details left on counter (after you work out how to get in). Didn't affect us directly but a lot of people were complaining, room key wouldn't work, no booking for them etc. Breakfast could be better. A bit slow weekend breakfast service. The rooms were very small, no air con (very hot in the room, no air rotation), bad view (3rd floor, attic-style window), bad sound proof, loud street nearby. Same problem as in most of Danish hotels. Hotel rooms renovated last time 20 years ago, things are not working properly in the room like windows are leaking cold air in because windows not changed for decades. Sound of traffic was loud in my room even my room was in the 3rd floor. Furnitures in the room also from past decade..
