  I lost my room card and despite my arrival at 2.30 o'clock in the morning (night), the personell came out and helped me get in. They didn't even charge me for the lost of the card. That was a truely high sense for service - Bicycle rent at hostel. City centre is only 20 minutes by bike. Playrooms and playground are well-equipped.
