  The staff was great. When I couldn't access the hotspot internet on my laptop, Birgit (the manager) showed me a room where I could hardwire into the internet and that solved the problem. Everyone was very helpful and contributed to making our stay very enjoyable. - Easy check in, even though we got very late to the hostel.
