That Hotel is just so cute ! I have stayed in the Scandic Copenhaguen the previous nights and I really prefer the Bel air, it is smaller, the staff is really nice and pleasant...like a family hotel...so excellent...You feel like home... Proximity to a typical Denmark neighborhood, a family-owned restaurant,and walking and cycling paths through nearby park. Excellent locationfor airport access.

Breakfast was comprehensive and in a nice restaurant area.There was nothing we did not like about this hotel. Street noise. This could be fixed easily with double-pane windows.No lift, which wasn't so bad except when carrying heavy luggage up multiple flights of stairs. With windows open for ventilation, there was also a good bit of noise from nearby rooms with open doors, but luckily this did not continue late into the night,. the location - too far from the centre (I did not check it before booking). The restaurant was closed on Monday, when I stayed there but.....there is a very good restaurant down the street. quite noisy, bill was incorrect when issued, but fault was rectified immediately from receptionist. missing shuttle service to airport. The cab driver was very unhappy about the short trip, and made no attempt to hide his displeasure, swearing most of the way there.Room ventalation should be improved espically in summer. Much noise from the road.Spot center. Small shower, no elevator.A bit inconvenience to go downtown. To noisy street under my window. Could not get proper sleep. Do not understand what was superior on my room.It's old and well used, rooms needs to be restored. There was no shuttle bus??. Shortage of staff at night, windows and doors in room not fitting correctly or closing, windows had rotting wooden frames, the shower left a lot to be desired, the window drapes were of different sizes and not fitted to rail at one end. for a room classed as superior this let the hotel down badly.Despite recent renovation works far too much noise from the street. Windows with double glass have been installed but a wooden panel next to the window lets all the noise come through. Bathroom is completely flooded every time you take a shower. Restaurant closed and very little places in the neigbourhood to have dinner. Very old dirty room, everywhere mould in the bathroom, sheets of the bed were not refreshed, I even found hair of the previous guest in my bed! Vey bad experience so => Don't go there!. Constant odeur of cigarette smoke. Woke up several times every night because of the smell. Sad breakfast. heating of the room out of order and television out of order.The bathroom is to small and the hotel is becoming to old!!. Room not so nice !. The Hotel is not by any standard at a 3 star rating. The bathroom in both of our rooms had mould on the walls and flooded during each shower. The claim was that the hotel had been recently renovated this was definitly untrue. I came back in the evening of the second day to find my bed not made. the bathroom still flooded and no clean towels. The bed was 2 beds pushed together with no head board... Being stuck in a room amongst a whole group of rooms allocated to a youth soccer team. Poor attitude of staff. Suffocatingly hot, even with fans provided. Fact that the restaurant was unavailable on a Saturday night and the local restaurant recommended was awful and very expensive.
