  We booked the hotel for my parents for a surprise 40th anniversary present !! We asked the hotel for a nice room and they gave my parents the best room and also gave them a compliemtary bottle of champagne, which was very nice of them. - Hotel was in the heart of the city, a short walk to everything.   First of all, I would like to say that the place is absolutely great,the rooms are really cosy and very clean, you have anything you need,from minibar and safe-locker to hair-dryer. A huge and varied breakfast. There is a fantastic restaurant down stairs which was a great boost after our delayed flight. The staff are helpful and it is an easy walk to city from the hotel to take in the sights. We absolutely loved our weekend in Prague.

  This is a lovely, modern, clean hotel situated very close to a tram and metro station for easy access to Prague centrum. The room was spacious, very clean and comfortable. The receptionist was extremely helpfull, always friendly and spoke very good english which made our stay much easier.   The man in the reception was really nice. The facilities are clean and quiet. It is in the city center , but is isolated of the noise. The breakfast was also good .In general , really nice - The location was perfect, just a few steps from the Old Town Square. Staff is friendly and efficient and the room very spacious and romantic.

  I appreciate a lot a wonderfull new reception . Excellent food and especially very helpfull staff in hotel reception and restaurant. Beautifull room furniture, very comfortable. The room has a soundproof windows and it is very quiet. I am from Hungary so I don´t suppose that somebody speaks Hungarian, but at the reception you can speak every world... what people say » language, Italian, English, French, Russian . - Very nice hotel, close to the centre, the staff were very friendly and helpful, the room clean and comfortable, excellent breakfast - lots of choice, very nice summer terrace

  So I messed up the booking... but they were amazing sorting it out! We got there and we realised we booked for the weekend after. The apartment house was full, but they had rooms in the hotel and they sent us over not making us pay a penny. Amazing people, great attitude!
