  We booked the hotel for my parents for a surprise 40th anniversary present !! We asked the hotel for a nice room and they gave my parents the best room and also gave them a compliemtary bottle of champagne, which was very nice of them. - Hotel was in the heart of the city, a short walk to everything.   Service was pretty good. At the time of check-in, we were provided w/ city map, city guide and tour information that was really helpful for us, Prague beginners. And also the location is marvelous.   I have stayed at this hotel twice and would reccomend it for a short break. Fifteen minutes form the centre - Nice staff, excellent location, good facilities, large rooms. For the price you pay it is very nice.

The location is great, only a minute away from Charles Bridge, but situated in a quite place, away from the crowds and noise. The family suite was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.

A huge and varied breakfast. There is a fantastic restaurant down stairs which was a great boost after our delayed flight. The staff are helpful and it is an easy walk to city from the hotel to take in the sights. We absolutely loved our weekend in Prague.

  Very large room with dining area. Comfortable bed. Nice to have a shower in a bath tub so you dont get the whole bathroom wet when you shower. The kitchenette is so large and well equiped we felt like it was a full kitchen. We loved the breakfast boxes delivered to us each evening. There was pleanty of food and always a sightly diferent variety. I... what people say » t was nice to be able to enjoy it in the peace and quite of our room at our leisure. The kitchen has a boiling pot and coffees and teas are provided. - The location is perfect as well as the price. The Florens bus station is near so I could travel to Vienna and came back very late at night and felt safety. Pizzeria downstairs is also good enough, they have absolutely wonderful soups. Stuff was friendly and helpful. Kitchen with a fridge and a kettle is also useful if you want to safe money on food.

  The apartment is superb. It's small and perfectly designed. Luxurious but not gaudy. The hotel is small and very privates which is such a refreshing change from the big business hotels that feel cold and generic.
