  Our apartment was excellent and we could not fault anything we had a balcony and loved sitting out at night watching people and traffic It was in an excellent location with supermarket nearby and walking distance to centre of tourist area. We loved the space and all the modern facilities - The location - most sights are within walking distance a... what people say » nd the tram stop (no 22) to the castle is at the top of the street. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The apartment itself was spacious and clean. I can highly recommend the Residence Karolina.

  The staff were incredibly hospitable and accommodating. We had a small problem with the room which was allocated to us and they immediately sorted the problem out for us, in a friendly and polite fashion.
