  The staff was very welcoming and friendly. The room was very clean and very cozy with a great view to the mountains. Breakfast was excellent and dinner was also very very good. Great place to take a walk and the wellness centre was a wonderful way to relax and get a good nights sleep.   it was close the the trolley bus stop and the breakfast being included was great. Also, the employees spoke pretty good English which was helpful. - Very clean and confortable room. The hotel is located near the highway and a 5min drive to the city centre.

  Good location. Site needs a good location map which indicates one0way streets. - Staff spoke both German and English. Bed sheets were not great, tiny TV, but building is beautiful and in a great location. I would stay there again if I were in Plzen.

  This was our second trip to Hotel Gondola and we were more than happy with our stay. Staff is friendly and helpful. The room is comfortable and clean. Unfortunately, our daughter injured her arm and we ended up leaving in the middle of the night for the hospital. Being in a hurry to pack, we left two very important things in the room... her blanky... what people say » and stuffed animal. Upon contacting Gondola, they have worked with us to have it shipped to our home address. Thanks so much, Gondola! Your hospitali - Everything! Check in was quick and easy. Staff very helpful. Breakfast was more than expected. We were traveling with our dog and received a streetlevel room that opened up to a nice garden area for walking. On site parking was very convenient. Just a 5 min walk to the main square. 5 minute walk also to the brewery. I was very pleased with this hotel, I would stay here again.
