I'm very fussy and we were travelling in a group of 8. All of us could just praise the hotel. We enjoyed our stay at Alt Pension. The owners from this family hotel are very friendly, and they will do anything to make your stay comfortable. The breakfeast is excellent. The rooms are very big, quied and beds are good.
We especially liked the diner, it was really one category higher dan you can expect from other hotels.
The prices are also good.
Don't expect to be very close at prague, but it's perfectly reachable by bus/metro or by P/R with the car and then the metro. (+/- 30minutes)

Fantastic rooms. Great design. Very cool atmosphere. Great bathroom. Complimentary prosseco with breakfast. Those who commented on the lighting system being complicated may be a little technophobic. It was pretty simple and took no time at all to understand. This would rate as one of the best hotel experiences for us. They raise the level from Ritz Carlton and Shangri La on the basis of atmosphere and room design alone.
