The staff were incredibly hospitable and accommodating. We had a small problem with the room which was allocated to us and they immediately sorted the problem out for us, in a friendly and polite fashion.

The room was very comfortable with wing back chairs for sitting, large desk and comfortable beds. Air conditioning which was needed in an attic room was great. Room and/or the quests were really quiet. You could hear sounds trough the door (mainly the cleaner) trough the door. Absolutely no sounds came trough the walls, floor or ceiling.

Metro station across the road, so getting about was straightforward. Hotel is a 10-15minute walk from the Old town & Wenceslas Square.
My partner had a birthday while we stayed and the small gifts left in our room were an unexpected surprise which she really appreciated.

Perfect! I didn't expect this price can offer me such a good accommodation! Although it is not in the center of Prague, but just 1 minute walk to the metro station and then 10 minutes to the city center, really not a question to me. Our room was comfortable and clean, with nice bathroom, balcony, big led-tv, kettle and supercomfortable bed. Great design of reception zone, hall and bar. Wi-fi is about 6 euro per day. The breakfast lookes rich and costs 15 euro or about. It takes about 15 min walk to reach centre, 5 min by tram, 2 stops by metro (stop Krzikova is 2 minutes from hotel). The hotel is set in a village next to busy Prague, but easy to get to, and it is a very good place for realaxation. -
The reception staff was very nice and kind, the food in the restaurant was very good, the room was big enough for our family, the surroundings were quiet, even though it was a minute's drive from the motorway. The garden was very nice. We loved staying there! :) We'll definitely stay there next time we'll stop in Prague. We recommend it to our friends.
