Right from the initial check in (where we arrived without luggage, courtesy of Air France) the staff were friendly & helpful. The mini suite (Number 105) was stylishly furnished with all the necessary facilities and a fully equipped kitchen although we only used the kettle!! Great location, close to all the tourist sites, bars & excellent restaurants. We will definitely visit this hotel again.

  Our room was delightful, having a beautiful decorated ceiling and stained glass windows. The room was large and the bathroom was separate. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the front of house staff spoke good English. WiFi was free but was inconsistent during our stay. The staff was very apologetic about this so this was unusual.   It was a great location for us while visiting Prague. About a 10 minute walk from Charles Bridge and only two minutes from the metro. There are lots of places to eat nearby and a grocery store a block away. There is a great little square with a market during the day to buy pastries and stuff from. Beds were not great but ok. It was great to have two separate rooms with lots of space. - The apartment was situated right next to the city centre (also close to Florenc station - many possibilities of public transport). The receptionists were also very nice and helpful ladies. It was clean, nicely furnished apartment which was situated into the courtyard, so it was really silent during the night. I would recommend this accommondation if you want to be free and have a flat rented for a short period in Prague.

  We called staff before coming and they arranged for pick-up from the train station without even asking. We arrived late and somebody met us at the door to let us in and gave the keys. The next day we went to the office to extend our stay because we really love the place and service.
