Excellent staff and service from the moment we arrived and they arranged to check us in early. Throughout our stay, they have been friendly and informative during our time in Prague. Room was clean and comfortable which made for an enjoyable stay at the hotel. We were also very pleased that a mobile phone cable which we left behind would be mailed back to us even though we left it behind after checking out.

Very good breakfast, with various choices.Clean and comfortable room. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I very much enjoyed in my stay at this hotel. Rooms recently updated with contemporary decor. Clever use of (frosted) glass walls to create separate shower and toilet stalls in room. Close to tram lines in a popular hotel neighbourhood. Good proximity to grocery stores. Fridge in room. We loved this hotel. It was conveniently located within 5 minutes from the metro, close to tram routes. The staff were helpful, the room clean and comfortable and the breakfast was excellent with a wide choice of hot and cold food. Best thing at this hotel -is the staff! all were very kind and helpfull! specially Adella! .Very clean and good room. Price was also good and not expenssive.Only 3 Metro stations to old town of amazzing Prauge!. Design and breakfest are exellent. Staff is very friendly. Location of the building is very convenient - we could walk as to Center as to another main attraction - Vyshegrad (opposite direction). In one word-- superb hotel, great staff, comfortable rooms, convenient location! Couldn't get a better deal in a big city! Adela & David at the reception were great support throughout!. Tram station 2 min away ...around 5 stops to the main touristic attractions. Luxurious bedroom, spacious bathroom, with big tub and rain shower. New, cosy hotel. Clean rooms, good breakfast. Almost perfect. All is convinient,nice breakfast,perfect design. very nice hotel, simple and chic design, clean. Location, cleanliness, design, staff. Everything was great. Nice, clean room. the cleanliness. Lobby only accessible via flight of stairs so access to property is difficult. A/C did not work well (admittedly during heat wave). Bad choice of lightbulbs (CFLs with an unpleasant greenish hue) that created an overall unpleasant atmosphere in otherwise pleasant room. Difficult to find initially. We actually walked past it once without spotting the nameplate. (In the dark). The cost/quality ratio is not true. The room is small, and some trivia are absent - for example there is no shelf in the shower where to put the soap. The cabinet is small - it was a lucky chance that we had only one piece of baggage while there were three of us. The breakfast could certainly be better. Too lil to choose esp for people who didn't have ham/ bacon/ pork. Also, I wish the breakfast ladies made simple things like omelettes etc on request. It just feels good if some hotel does a special effort for a guest. Location is a bit far from city centre, need to walk 15-20 minutes, otherwise it's perfect!. Poor breakfast - variety of the cheapest and low quality Czech ingredients. Deposit 50€ upon arrival and you have to wait when leaving while they are checking the room (if you did not stole anything?), quite humuliating. This is my fault partly but when I paid on check out, the back calculating the exchange rate given for Koruna from Euros was +12% higher than the standard exchange rate. So not only I ended up paying the bank's fees but also the poor exchange rate at check out. The only negative thing is the speed of Internet, which was really annoying and irritating. The square of room is too small. not very close to the old town and railway station. Nothing specific. Nothing. Hotel doesn´t have own parking facilities. They rent some places, but it is not so close. If you come by car do not choose this hotel. the open bathroom. Cash deposit and not accepting AMEX. I felt like in the 80s.
