The hotel staff is extremely friendly and helpful. It is located on a quiet street at the west end of the Charles Bridge with a park on the other end opposite the bridge. As other people posted, the location within the city could not be better. It is a 30 sec walk to the bridge and the location felt very safe and secure. Some have said it is hard to find but if you enter gps coordinates instead of the address, finding the hotel is no problem. The hotel itself is nice and the rooms are very clea.
all reviews » Staff welcomed us at 1:20am after late flight and helped us settle in with warm drinks and extra blankets. We also had a super room for the 4 of us in eaves. Location was also great, just next to Charles Bridge, but still quiet. Location was awesome. Breakfast was off the chain!! I like how the room had a separate bedroom for our 4 yr old son. Room no 9 has very small windows, as is under the roof. In summer could be very hoot as there is no airco. No 24-hours reception, so if your arrive late you have problems; No air-conditioning in rooms making summer visit to this hotel unpleasant;.
