The facilities in the hotel were fantastic. Everywhere in the hotel was exceptionally clean and all the staff were extremely helpful. I would 100% stay in this hotel again in the future. All the support the staff gave me. As when I checked in. They told meeverything I needed to know and was left with no questions to ask. Itsworth every penny spent!. Hotel seems like 4star hotel. Good connection to citycenter.Breakfest was good.

The bottles, sheets and cigarettes of the first guests where still there. After complaining they gave me another room in the superior section. Great service and friendly staff. The breakfast was also very good. Interiors in the hotel were amazing ,I was shocked by the largeness ofthe room /positively,of course/ , it was far from the centre but thesurroundings were friendly.The breakfast choice was very good.It was agood stay for the nice price.The variety of resturants and facilities were verygood, very nice garden area to sit and relax during the day or evening. Staff are very pleasant and helpful at all times. The hotel is geographically far from the center,but the transport is excellent and on time,it takes 25-30 minutes to get to the center. This is a huge expensive looking hotel. I guess they give good rates online when they are not full with congress visitors. Breakfast was really good. One night the youngsters were playing the trumpet until 1am. However on the plus side the hotels security were very efficient and visited the room to put a stop to any noise on a regular basis. That the hotel was under rated.Very huge. Parking facility. I paid 24 hours parking fee, but when I returned at 10 p.m, it was full and I had to park my car outside within hotel premises.1. should offer temporary parking for guest to confirm booking 2. hotel name will make guest confused because its hotel name banner is "Top hotel Prague congress center" is a little bit different from your "Leisure center". little far from center,but there is bus in front of the hotel. i would think that if you were staying in a hotel that use of the swimming pool would be included in the price. Maybe the staff could be nicer with the guests.booked using booking.com. We was calling hotel, before to leave, to ask about reservation and they told all was ok, but when in place they told that was no reservation with our name. We was lucky because was in any case free place. But we did not like so much this situation and we don't want to think if couldn't be free place. PS: We know about another hotel's guest who had same prb nxt day!. Is not actually 15mins away from the center, 30 maybe or more.It was a little bit cold. I want to notice only one negative detail .During one day we came for abreakfast at 8a.M. and the restaurant was overcrowded ,We had to waitabout 10 minutes for a free seat.the t.v. set wasn't good, the colors were out of order, i couldn't watch tv in bed - i had to sit in the next room. the noise in the ally. Swimming pool is not free. Parking is expensive. WiFi didn't work in our room, we had to use it in the hallway. very poor breakfast, hotel staff doesn't know anything and they don't speak english.Cleaness and cosiness of the hotel could be better, it's too big. not being able to park in front of the hotel....that area is reserved for the staff only, not for the guests....::)). Services like sauna and pool is for extra money - however considering the low price,it is something that you can live with. Breakfast menu is the same day after day. The front desk staff was not impolite but they are rather curt - minimum talk just as much as necessary. I guess this was a cultural thing, I saw the same mentality in the tourist information office people.Parking could be cheaper for the non-secured parking, for hotel guests at least. the TV was very old and the programme was very limited. I disappoint about the price of sport room, swimming pool ..... it was too much, 10 euro per 1 hour....I didn't like unfriendly receptionist. That was the first thing i really disappointed when I entered the hotel. I went there around 10 pm of 28th March. The receptionist was a guy who didn't pay attendtion to the customer. Didn't look at me meanwhile we were talking. It was so unpolite. The temperature in the rooms could not be controlled ( save for switching on the air conditioning ). I needed to leave a window permanently open when it was -10C outside which is a dreadful waste of energy. equipment in gym not all working like bikes. room size a little small, but adequete. To far from the city centre. You haven to pay for the swimming pool. reception is small, it takes long time to talk with staff. The wall were thin and some guests was loud at our first nigth stay in the hotel.The staff were very ignorant and didn't either want to be there or help,although I believe the whole population of czech republic are the sameso I believe it is just there culture. location. Internet is very slow and not available everywhere. no.
