Everything was just fine and dandy. Basic kitchen, modern, clean fridge, microwave, kettle, cutlery and for those who really need to cook, pots and pans but why you'd want to when you can get a main course in all restaurants for 3 EUR??? Location: just a 10 min walk from where it's all happening. Also a great bar / restaurant next door, friendly English speaking staff serving typical Czech grub!. all reviews »
Very friendly staff, helpful before and during our visit. Proximity to city was great, 10mins to Charles Bridge and round corner from tram stop. More like an apartment than a hostel, would definitely return. Airport transfers reasonable price and very prompt.Free internet in the room, helpful staff, convenient to public transport. The position of the hotel in the city, the ellegance of the furniture and of the other details, the web accesibility, the fact that the reception could provide informations about touristic places.The stay was quiet. It's quite easy to get around Prague from theapartment. We liked our 2 bedroom apartment quite well. The rooms were clean, tidy and well kept. Very limited cooking equipment. some lamps were not working, should be checked before new people move in. doesn't have the services of a hotel, meaning you won't get a change of towels every day or have your bed redone but for those people who like to go economical and at the same time enjoy the confort of their own home, it's a great choice. Not really. Small things: no tea towel or teaspoons and the microwave was on the dressing table - not in the kitchenette area!. wirelles internet was not working , it was the main reason for reservation. i was stealing connection from unsecured wifi from street. The hotel staff is not that helpfull and they're not always availableto help you.There was no public phone in the building which is an important to contact hotel staff and in case of emergency. noisy in the hallways...slamming of doors very loud....I understand why this hotel has 5 days cancellation policy - all you want when see you room, is to cancel! Rooms are really uncomfortable. Finally I payed for other hotel for a couple of days - just not live there. Internet works slowly. And finally - this hotel is in Praha5, not Praha1 at it was said. not clean and not friendly.
