The accommodation has an excellent location. It is very close to famous places like Vaclav's Square, Old Town Market Square, Old Town in general, Charles' s Bridge etc.Also the owner is a very friendly and helpful person. He explained us everything very clearly. Even carried our baggages. The appartment is very clean and well equipped. It has everything that is necessary including a washing machine. The room is spacy. I can highly recommend this place.Don't pay attention to the owner's office. .
all reviews » The apartment was by no means the most luxurious place, but given the low price we paid, it does the job. The place was spotlessly clean (that is at the top of my priorities), comfortable and cozy, and quite spacious. It has all of the kitchen facilities you might need, and they also provide towels for the bathroom. Bed sheets were freshly cleaned and comfortable, the staff hospitable and nice, and the location was perfect and close to everything. It is located next to a police station so we fe. The place quiet was very close to the Muzuem Metro Station(Wenceslas Square) and also very centrally located. The Pragapart apartment we booked consisted of two super clean double rooms along with excellent bathroom including all amenities for washing, cleaning and kitchen equipments. The best thing about the place is the staff and the owner Mirzoev Jurij. They were very helpful and cordial to invite at there place, also advised us of the right path while travelling prague. Would always recomme. The Hotel has a great location just a few minutes walking to the Wencesclas Square. The Hotel is in a silent small street, parking is allowed. Our apartment was spaceous, clean and comfortable with a well-equipped kitchen. Jurij our hostess was very helpful and accomodating. Thank you Jurij!. Pragapart is excellently located next to the National Museum, in the very heart of Prague. We booked an apartment with 2 double bedrooms and one bathroom and it was better than what we expected from the price that we paid. The staff was always nice and very helpful. Highly recommended. The owner was there to meet us, even though we came outside of the normal reception times and had made a few mistakes in updating him on our arrival time. Location was great and all the facilities we expected were clean and functioning (kitchen, bathroom, etc.). The host that manages the apartments was great. He provided transportation to/from the airport at great prices and provided lot's of useful information about the city. I would absolutely book this hotel again. It was still ok, though the wooden edge where the beds met was quite annoying. The entrance to the building is shoddy and gives a creepy impression, and it is not very obvious that you have reached Pragapart unless you notice the name printed on paper fliers to the side. However, still a great apartment on the inside...don't let the exterior fool you!. There was nothing that we did not like. Nothing really!. The only thing the apartment is missing is a big common area. There is a small kitchen only. However, it was still perfect for its price. The bedding, crockery, towels etc. although clean had seen better days. Room is a little bit cold because the heater runs automatically in the evening. Is dark in lift but the boss promisr me he will do more brightest. Tq. The living room was in one of the bedrooms, but this was no problem for us since we only used the apartment for sleeping. The shop that the office was in scared me a little! Beds were not that comfortable. Very creepy paintings and photos on walls. Noise from a water heater. The flat is not isolated totally so you can feel the cold easily, no daily cleaning, the shower is terrible. No smoking in the flat I had to go outside. Old furniture. Rooms by the street can be noisy at night. Kitchen area pretty small. The place was clean but the bathroom smelled like sewerage. Before arrival I expected that there will be no soap in the bathroom as it is usually the case in the apartments, so I took it with me. But I could not imagine, that there will be no toilet paper.... It is not very costly but really very convenient. Also it would be nice to have a couple of shelves in the bathroom to put toiletries. We stayed in the apartment on the ground floor, therefore, at night it was a little bit noisy. 2 bedrooms and a kitchen is not an appartment. Only 1 towel in 4 days. The owners 'office' is behind a bar. The 'appartment' is in an residential area, so you get the daily life Prague experience. The owner gives you a fine-penalty if you pay in CZS? The worst thing that happened to us: The owners son shouted at us: we were at the wrong spot when he picked us up at the airport. Kitchen utensils lacking. Room is quite dark.
