Cozy, cute and budget. Ideally suited for young people. And for active adults)) clean. Windows in the roof - it's cute. Pleasant administrators. Delicious continental breakfast, which we gladly waited every morning) atmospheric. Even the elevator. Use the elevator! Foot high rise - especially with the bags.))) very close to the cultural center and shopping. Close to the station. Not much room encourages you not to sit at home and explore the city and walk. Good instructions on how to get and use the keys, find your room etc. Good location near the central Republic square with Náměstí Republiky metro station and the Na Příkopě main pedestrian street. - The place was really well located, near a big Shopping Center and close enough to the main square. - Breakfast in room was really good and complete. - Although the staff was only there in the morning, they left very detailed instructions for people that, like us, arrived late. They even contacted me by SMS. - Really good value for the money!. Very friendly staff! Comfortablr accomodation & location! Vacationed with friends from 22.08 till 25.08. Liked everything very much! The only good thing I can say about this hostel is that it is right next to a large shopping center, but beware of the pickpockets and thieves who will grab your bags if you are distracted!. Good location. - Beds weren't very comfortable. - We were 3 people, but only had one key, and we had to make a (big) deposit to get an extra one. - The key used to enter the pension is the same as the one to enter the room. That didn't seem really secure (even though we had a safe box). Hair dryer did not work, but it was not a problem for us!. It has only one towel per person, and the last night they forgot to put new towels at all. The blankets were very old but that's ok. From hotel information, it doesn't clear which exist we should take and we really couldn't find the right exist even we hop off at the right station which took us almost 10 mins from 3 mins walking distance... So, you just need to get the right exist in Metro or take tram which is much easier. No shower holder. The kettle provided is not clean.There is a layer of unknown material inside. The washing service is provided, of course we have to pay, but it has only washing function, no drying, & the service is from 8am~10am only, which is not a good time for us. I mean, for the money you can't expect THAT much -- the furniture is pretty 1970s and it's in a kind of random building up on the top floor. But it's really not bad and by far the best deal we found in Prague. I would stay here again. Our shower leaked over bathroom floor when used. I'd rather spent some more and have the room cleaned every day. Bed mattress is hard in studio room. Too early check out (10:00). nothing. I didn't know there wouldn't be any one there at the reception and did not receive an e-mail on how to retrieve the key after-hours. The mattress was quite hard. our apartment was not heated up properly. In the evening we had to have provided blankets over us when we had a cup of tea in front of TV. Not the best room to relax and spend some time ... but that's not the idea when you're in Prague :). No any view, fridge in hall,. staff response and assistance. Unfriendly staff and worn out beds and matrasses. We were in an "isolated" apartment, far from the reception...Staff is too cold and the room was not clean. Considered all these factors, anyway it is a cheap option. Staff were unfriendly and did not show us how any thing worked we battled to enter the accommodation. No linens (one stiff blanket per bed), no heat, one bed had just a box spring and no mattress, "breakfast" was stale bread with some jam and watered down coffee, this is not a hotel or a furnished apartment, it is a hostel and should only be advertised as such. Bring your own pillows and blankets!.
