It was the off season so we paid for a 4 person apt and they gave us a 7person apt. It was right in the middle of everything. You can walkeverywhere. For the money it was a nice place to stay. I would recomendthis hotel. Pay extra for the secured parking. You don't want to drivein this city. the price, the location, the facilities in the apartment, nice new facilities, nice and warm! Breakfast provided just round the corner, was nice. Italian restaurant adjacent to hotel very reasonable, and delicious. Friendly staff.

The location was great and the service too!. we were alarmed to read recent reviews prior to visiting jep hotel but were pleasently suprised at what we got for our money. the staff were pleasant and helpful,the apartment was well equiped, spacious and clean. what people need to remember is this is a budget hotel offering apartment accommodation --- and a good one at that! some people maybe expect to pay budget prices to get 5* accom. its not 5 star but for a lads weekend or stag do its in the middle of everything and worked out at £20 a night with breakfast - what else do you want? bed, shower, breakfast and bars on doorstep - perfect!. The closeness to the center of Prague. Lots of things to do in that area and everything was close by. Nice courtyard and restaurants. Room was nice and cozy with good space for the price. we booked a room for 8 persons and were given a very large apartment which suited us very as there was plenty of space with 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets we could not have chosen better. In a quiet court yard but right in the centre you can walk everywere. We waited for just under 30 mins, and then it was ready. Nothing we didnt like, it was excellent.our original booking was for 5 apartments. however when we arrived at the jep hotel apart the only alocated us with 3 and 2 in another complex. we were not happy as we didn't want to be separated. however the next day they did offer us compensation and another apartment. yes it was a bit old fashion lamps bedding ext. Although we booked a taxi in advance, we had to wait a long time and it was necessary to phone to tell them we were waiting at the airport. The location was near strip clubs. Some people might like that, though!. It was not correctly advertised. No real pictures or the actual hotel. dissapointed with booking.com. the pillows. There was nothing that we didn't like about the hotel, however the hotel sign was not very easily seen and could be missed. Also the shower head in the bathroom could be more conveniently placed so that it acts like a shower!. Some laughably rude staff. the lights in the hallways, very dark when coming out!. lack of phone and internet ;-). The sheets had seen better days but this was not a problem as they were clean as was the apartment. Breakfast, served in a bar down the road, is poor quality.No, I liked everything!. Breakfast was very poor. The light in the hall way was not working and neither was the dead bolt lock on the door. The office was a little hard to find by the description/directions on the web site. After it was located everything was fine. although we booked in a jep we were shown to another apartment block just around the corner (turned out great apartment) but would have liked to know in advance we were not actually in jep itself. Too few keys was supplied. Only one key in an 8 bed apartment is too little. I think at least four keys should have been provided. we only got one key between 10 of us.old styled apartments otherwise OK. I did not like the fact that this was not actually a hotel as I was lead to believe on the web site when I booked the room. Upon check in, the desk person was not very friendly or informative and I was somewhat taken aback when we had to walk two blocks to get to the apartment. The desk person told us it was across the street but we had to walk a two full blocks carrying all of our luggage.reception staff not very helpfull. One night one of the tenants was very loud for a long time. Your staff was no longer on the premises so it was hard to remedy this situation.It's not technically a hotel. We stayed in someone's apartment. Noisy in plaza below until late in evening.too long to breacfast. Breakfast are served in the bar next door. They are not up to much. The bed's were a bit uncomfortable. Don't expect a fancy foyer/entrance.
