Friendly, Breakfast was good! Their restautant was excellent for dinner! Close to public transportation, so visiting downtown was easy. A fantastic hotel for location, food and value for money. friendly staff, spotlessly clean and excellant location. The staff all spoke good English so made are stay much. More welcome and we will stay there again. Comfortable beds. Power-shower. Trams direct to centre. Quiet. Spacious rooms.

Comfortable beds, enough space in the room, friendly. Very well run and in immaculate condition. decent stay, close to airport, good price. Staying there at pre-season time,hence cant evaluate food as menu was very limited at time of stay,but okish.Same for beer offer as we looked forward to try different varieties...oh well, better timing required next time. Very bad noise isolation - you can hear everything , specially when somebody walking on a hills at night time. - come to breakfast early! we came 40 min before it finished and it was almost nothing left. Some might not appreciate the commute into the city but it really is just a short tram journey. Bathroom deserves refurbishment and floor to be better swept at sleeping room.Hearing noise of passing by trams was tad irritating,especially during the night. Nothing in particular. The hotel could be on good level with small improvements, but today it is not. Destroyed shower, not enough fixed details in room, poor offer in its restaurant, better breakfast, most of instruction in Russian language and Russian staff impress more Moscow feeling than a Prague one... noise from tramway shower drain did not work. Noise of trams in front of the hotel. Lousy breakfast. Very poor breakfast food. Restaurant refusing to accept credit cards. Disaster - hotel short of staff. Very dangerous furniture (and I mean it!!!!) I highly recommend 'letsbookhotel.com' not to advertise this hotel.
