Extremely helpful staff, Blanka Black, worked to get us into a room at 9 am after we had been traveling overnight by train. Extremely helpful in directing us to sites and in recommending local restaurants. Breakfasts were huge affairs and packed from 7:30-10:00 every morning. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast offered a wide variety of good food, the buffet table was appealing and the breakfast rooms were comfortable and pleasing. Thank you!.

Although no fault of the hotel, this was the only drawback.The breakfast did not have Croissants, but had a good set of other breakfast options. The only complaint was that the bed was a little hard and the pillows too soft.I would like coffee/tea making facilities in bedroom - (this is just my own preference) and not a complaint against hotel. everything I liked. The breakfast was a bit limited on choice. next to a very noisy restaurant/bar with loud music/singing until the late hours. even with the windows closed there was noise at night. the price i am not sure whether this is the going rate. no other complaints. No mini-bar; no room service; people shouting on the street all night. Too much noise from outside (e.g. pub opposite). Would benefit from air-conditioning so that windows can be closed when hot to stop the noise.Noisey outside on occaisions at night- probably due to German success at Euro 2008!. none.the bathroom: weird sink, no shower curtain; distance to old town: its not as close as I would imagine, still its a good 15 min walk to the old town, I guess in the winter it felt longer.

- Bus no 100 to the end station Zličín
- Yellow metro line B to Národní třída
- Cross Spálená street to Ostrovní street and turn left to Opatovická street.
- Follow this street and before the passage turn right.
- The second street is Křemencova, where the hotel Páv is located.

Arrival from the railway station:
From the railway station Hlavní nádraží:
- Red metro line C to Florenc
- Change line to yellow one and go to Národní třída.
