The friendliness and support of hotel stuff were excellent all around the clock. The equipment in the room was more than enough. It was clean, it had free wi-fi and it was located in a nice and fairly quiet neighborhood.
The mattress was relatively old and my fiance couldn't relax after a long day's walk.

It's the greatest location if you want to go everywhere on foot. It's near to the Old Town, but we're going on foot even to Hradčany. Also you can save some money because it's cheaper than places nearer the Old Town and where you have to pay a lot of money only for parking your car. The hotel staff is very friendly and will help you with everything you want. The greatest thing about this hotel is that they're pet-friendly, so you can go there even with your three dogs! Also a lot of typical Prague beer pubs are located near the hotel so you can feel this specific ambiance od Prague.
As someone has written, there weren't any kettle (but it was possible to make a tea by using a pot and a ladle and there was a coffee maker). One little issue was only two small soaps & shampoo samples (for two people) for all the stay (10 days) so you have to take it with you if you're going to stay longer. The real issue was that shower drain seemed to be clogged and the water was drained very slowly so you have to wash yourself very quickly because there is so much water here.

The rooms were extremaly dirty, hair in the shower and etc. Disgusting dust under the bed. WOW I have never been in this kind of dirty hotel. Breakfast ok, starts at 7.30 but when I was checking out at 6.30 and although the food was already on the table they didn't allow me to eat - I couldn't understand that and got really angry. My suggestion to everyone is not to take this hotel. In this money there are definately better places in Prague. So NO NO NO NO NO NO NO!!!!
