We stayed in this hotel for two nights in our city tour through Prague and we are very satisfied. The staff was very helpful for us (especially with excellent English talk), recommended us best way to discovered the city by using metro and tram. Hotel is on a good location according to communications to the city. It's a safe and quiet area. The food for breakfast is very good and worth for the money.

The hotel is quite close to the center of the town (15 min drive by car or 30 min. by public transportation) The conditions of the booking where above the average and very good! There is no hotel parking, but you can park in front of the hotel easily. It's not problem for travelers with own car, because is easy to find it. What is interesting and was surprise for me that in the room wasn't shower gel and shampoo, for what we weren't prepared. The parking was kind of insufficient for the numbers of rooms available in the hotel. tv is too small i am sure with more customers they will afford to change thier tvs but is not an issue. little trouble to park, because there is market in some days on square near hotel. Nothing. Hotel placed far away from the center of the city. One of our friends got ill after eating breakfast. Do not buy breakfast in that hotel!!!. Far from city center. don't have. was a lil' bit freasing in the restaurant and room. - breakast (very limited selection, no vegetables). No hot water. No hairdryer in the room. Wi-Fi existed, but could never actually connect. According to staff this is because it is overloaded and will upgrade the network soon. Didn't help me much, though... The atmosphere in the lobby and reception area has not been changed since communist times. Not so clean. Halls and floors in the room were not very clean (you can smell dust). No breakfast included. No hairdryer in the room, there is just one in the reception. The sheets are only changed in the morning: we left the door sign during the afternoon and no one came to change them. Had 2 have a cold shower 1 morning as there was no hot water!. no fridge in room, no air con, tv's had no English speaking channels. Old dirty carpet, there was no double bed but two bed, I couldn't find wi-fi password, I coulnd't make a call to reception. No satalite tv as advertised no airport shuttle as advertised two single rock hard beds in room dirty carpets no bar.
