Overall this was a wonderful hotel. Jan at the front desk spoke excellent English & was extremely friendly & helpful, very patient as we bombarded him with questions. Probably the best breakfast I've had during my month of travels. The room was clean & spacious, with windows opening to let in a cool breeze. There is air conditioning. The best thing about this hotel is location. Located just off Wenceslas square its a short walk to old town & the astronomical clock. Also close to.

Good facilities, with free tea, coffee and juice provided throughout the day and evening. Buffet breakfasts good, especially croissants which were better than many I have tasted in Paris. We were a party of 10, came to celebrate my mother's 95th anniversary - she got an upgrade to executive suite, champagne and a birthday cake!. Great location close to everything. We were able to walk to everything. Breakfast was first class. Room was large and comfortable but very poorly lit. Wifi was OK. Tea and coffee available 24 hours- that's a real bonus for us. My 2 complaints, though minor, need to be mentioned. First, the room & bathroom are dark, there just isn't enough artificial light, which can make it hard for repacking & putting on makeup. Second, the hair dryer is the kind attached to the wall unit by a hose. I am not a fan of these. Still, both minor complaints & I would likely stay here again. Occasional 6am deliveries to shops opposite caused some disturbance. WiFi signal was sometimes weak. Very cold bathrooms. Room lighting. Our stay was perfect. Everything was great. A few dirty stains around the room. Nothing major though. No Kettle or cup in the room for making tea No pen and paper available No restaurant menue. walls were thin between the rooms. Parking not near hotel. Some problems with WiFi. The wifi. Business travelers depend on it, and if you say "we have wifi", we expect it to work, and mostly it did not. Could do with a bar. felt sorry for staff at check in! Felt like they where understaffed in both reception and housekeep! Great frindly service though. The bathroom is not lit well and lacks a good veriety of hygiene items. room was very dark.also bath room too. Sink blocked for whole stay despite asking for it to be repaired No reduction for single occupancy of room.
