Location, location, location! They have a shuttle service from theairport which is very convenient, especially since city transportationis difficult. We were in Prag in September and the weather was very-very cold and wecould use the heating in the hotel so we did not feel cold.It was close to the metro so it made our stay easy. Overall a very nicelocation and hotel. Excellent Breakfast.

It was a 3 minute walk to the IP Pavlova Metro station. There are several reasonable restaurants within 1 block and also several mini-marts for food and drinks. McDonalds and KFC are on the same block. It is about a 10 minute walk to Wenceslas Square. Hotel breakfast was good and had a good variety of choices.It's very closed to all amenities, tram n. 22, that takes you everywhere and metro station. It's also walking distance to wenceslas square. Our room was very clean and confortable and staff was OK. Great, friendly staff, they were very helpful. The only problem was in finding how to get to the Hotel by car as there is a one-way road system around the hotel which wasn't to easy to navigate and find the correct way into the one-way system to get you to the front of the Hotel.I felt that the breakfast lacked variety. If staying for any length of time, one's stomach would rebel at the thought of the same again. Tea/coffee making facilities would have been nice. hotel lobby was too open. location bit too far away. The breakfast was a bit too simple. Internet very slow. Breakfast needs some vitamin C!. No tea/coffee making facilities in room and double bed was divided into two sections. No free room in the parking. about a 20 minute walk to Charles bridge. Noise in room in the morning from the dining area on the floor above. Make sure to reserve a car space to park. A lot of noise during night; the way to parking is not properly signed.Terrrible coffee on breakfast, noises from other rooms and corridor.
