Amazing location in central Prague, within walking distance of everything, balcony with stunning view of Prague Castle, large comfortable beds, excellent value for money.

Only received one set of keys and between 4 girls with different preferences this wasn't enough.
The location is difficult to find since I cannot see the sign of Apartment Narodni 17 in the front door. The staff of Thai massage in the ground floor help us to call the host when we arrive. (better to contact the host regarding your arrival time)
We left early at about 7am in the check out day. Poorly the front door in the ground floor was locked, which was not happened before....luckily, we found a old lady help us to open the door.
Tough check-in as its just a private apartment and lady with the keys speaks no English.

Lady who gave me the keys was nice but had no English so I wasn't able to ask her any questions on things to see & do. Also, there wasn't a city map in apartment. Not a big deal though.
not easy to find the place.
the lady doesn't speak English. better advice the arrival time in advance, otherwise it is impossible to find the apartment. payable parking on the street at most 2 hours, but you can park freely at the public area across the brdge.
Lady at Reception did not speak English. Hence there was no briefing at the time of check-in.
No one came for Housekeeping during my 3 nights stay.
No Washing Machine.
No Iron/Board.
Washroom is a bit smaller.
Rather difficult system with the keys - there are 5 or 6 different keys for different doors...especially at night time when all doors are closed.
Apartment was filthy & full of moths. Stay here if you want your
clothes full of holes. Incredibly hot with no air conditioning & not
even an electric fan. Owner pretended she was the cleaner to avoid
responsibilies although as the 'cleaner' she managed to check me
in & out and take my money. Even wanted 20 euros to keep my bags
until 3.30pm on departure day.
