  Room was nice, big and very clean. Room and/or the quests were really quiet. You could hear sounds trough the door (mainly the cleaner) trough the door. Absolutely no sounds came trough the walls, floor or ceiling. The whole staff was polite and helpful. The hotel is new and there are no hindering compromises taken in the building or the decoratio... what people say » n. There is metro station right opposite the hotel. 2 out of 3 metrolines stops there. There is also a tram station right in front of the hotel. There - Staff were friendly and helpfull, usefull advice was freely given. Metro station across the road, so getting about was straightforward. Hotel is a 10-15minute walk from the Old town & Wenceslas Square. My partner had a birthday while we stayed and the small gifts left in our room were an unexpected surprise which she really appreciated.

  The hotel is very centrally located to both old and new cities. The staff was extremely friendly especially Lenka. The breakfast was sumptuous. I loved the location. All the sites were easily accessible without a tram. Upon request, they even booked me into a tour to visit Czchesky Krumlov in Bohemia. It is a new hotel and the decor was quite nice.... what people say » The bathrooms were very clean and well lit. - HUGE rooms- very spacious; modern; loved the location. Could walk from the train station straight up to the hotel- very close to prime center without hearing all the noise. I dropped money that I exchanged in the lobby- and on my return to the hotel- they held it for me and returned it. That alone was very impressive. Staff very knowledgeable and booked everything. Fantastic shower.

  We like the hotel's location, on a quite corner but very close to the main streets. The breakfast was very nice, as were the conditions of the rooms, it seemed they were just done. The staff is nice and helpful, and the hotel was nice enough to give us a free bottle of champagne on my husbands birthday. It was a good choice for great value!! - Ever... what people say » ything was well organized and the people at the hotel were veryhelpful. They even took me to an atm to withdraw some cash. Most of themspoke English and I also liked the breakfast. Everything was clean andneat at the room and also the hotel is located in a perfect area. Iwould recommend this hotel without a doubt.
