  One of the best hotels we stayed at during our entire tour of Europe. Hotel was clean, lovely rooms with very high ceilings, good shower/bathroom and an excellent breakfast. Any assistance we required ie location of trips etc, the staff were able to provide this information.The location was so central, you are 5 minute walk from Charles Bridge and Old Town. Very queit place inspite of it is in the center, sleep very well at night, no noise at all; 3. Nice big room - we had delux room on the third floor; 4. No problem with hot water and water flow; 7. They have transfer - Staff were friendly and very helpful, i especially appreciated the birthday wish and chocolate left in my room for my daughter's birthday. The location is great, only a minute away from Charles Bridge, but situated in a quite place, away from the crowds and noise. The family suite was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.
