  The hotel is in the best location in the city right at the hot springs and the colonnades. They have their own massage facility and you get a discount on the famous spa castle. The receptionists were very professional and switched on. Once you ask them about anything, they would promptly get you the best solution.   Great views . If you have car, can park it near the chalet . Karlovy Vary center just 5 min. downhill by car. Clean chalet with small refrigarator, electric stove and all kitchen-ware . We were in the middle oktober , so it was chilly outside. They provide us a heater for 4 euro per day. It is enough to feel comfortabe inside. By the way, when we... what people say » arrived , the heater was on. That was nice. Great fresh air, friendly staff, good location(if you have a car), complete rest. Definitely worth the mo - Great panoramic views at this area. If you have car it's good place to stay for 1-2 days in Karlovy Vary, instead of expensive hotels in the center. It's only 5 mms from the city center.
