  Wow, what a great place and location! My wife and I started our 18 day trip staying at this hotel for 4 wonderful nights. We included daily breakfast ( it was the best of our trip) and had massages as well. The suite we upgraded too was the most luxurious and elegant of our stay. The location is the best and walking distance the easiest to everyt... what people say » hing you want. The staff will go way above the call of duty to make your stay great! Would stay here next time and would be very disappointed if we co - Lovely experience from start to finish. Warm, caring staff who made us feel valued guests. Spectacular setting in a unique spa town. Many kilometres of walks available and the spa after for relaxation. Best Small Luxury Hotel experience we have had so far. Highly recommend!!

  Very nice and comfortable room, friendly staff - Very friendly hotel, great service. Rooms are antique funished. All staff were very friendly. Large comfortable and clean room. English overall are good. But remember english is their second language so they may need extra explaining.   Location is in a neighborhood close to non-touristy spots which is good! Staff friendly, but couldn't tell if they were upset or happy with us :) Go to "Verana Pub" close by, best in town! - The landlady of the apartment come to pick us up from the bus station which gave us a big surprise. Good wi-fi and good services. We enjoyed our stay here.

  Nice clean and quiet room, small but nice spa open already from 7 oclock. The lady at the reception when we arrive was a super friendly and helpful. I wonder she was the hotell manager?!. And she spoke even perfect english, not only german and russian. - I liked the location, friendly and helpful staff, and nice breakfast.
